Need help with Plantsage?
We usually reply within a few days. Please include your app version (Settings → Version) and a description of the issue.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions → Plantsage → Cancel. Or in Plantsage: Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription.
How do I delete my data? Settings → Reset All Data removes everything from your device and our server.
